The prices, plans and timelines here describe how I usually work. They aren't an offer you can accept on the site. Every project starts with a written agreement, and its terms are the ones that apply.
Using the site
Use the contact form to reach me about a website. Please don't send spam or harmful files through it, or try to break, overload or get around the site's protections.
What's mine
The site's words, design, code, photos and the Agate Studio name and mark belong to me. You're welcome to link to the site or share a page. Please ask before copying its content or design.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites. I don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No guarantees
I keep the site accurate and working, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees that it's error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for losses from using it.
